I'm in love-hate with this book. The plot is very enticing to me and I never want to stop after reading a chapter but the amount of abuse Murakami puts only his female characters through is just beyond strange and off-putting.
Even with that put aside, the amount of breast and pubic hair talk in this book alone is more than I'd say 97% of people have had in their entire lives.
This is all typical Murakami though
