i remember feeling this way when i picked up my first Rina Kent after over a year 🤣 i was like is this really the writing? but look, even with PD, i think we all know her writing is questionable but one thing she knows how to do pretty well is sexual tension and chemistry — you just then have to hope the story built around these things and the characters are enough to keep you engaged because if those things also go awry, the chemistry won’t matter…you’ll hate the book 🤣 hope this one doesn’t end up being a complete flop for you 🤞🏾

Agreed!! The sexual tension in her books is always 🔥🔥🔥 and her plots tend to be quite silly 😂 I remember being really interested in Dallas when I read five brothers and trust six venom so I wanna read this book for him but ughhhhh the writing is seriously not good and even the dialogue feels forced?? Which I’ve never felt before from pd cuz she usually nails dialogue :( imma keep going tho and also cuz I want my Macon crumbs 😝 and thank u 🫶🏻
