Getting ready for his new one hitting the stands?

Yes I am, Dave! I have read it before, but don't remember much about it. I think I am enjoying it more this time round as I only rated it 3 stars last time! Are you looking forward to the new book?

All I can remember is the Fisherman being extremely creepy and Henry Leyden being an absolute legend!

And yes, I am looking forward to it. I love Peter Straub, so hopefully it's a nice little tribute to him.

I am looking forward to it too. I just hope it is good because I didn't enjoy the last two Holly books. I really liked his last short story collection though.

Like how many books does this guy have? It constantly amazes me to see someone reading one of his that I have never heard of. Just amazing - ENJOY!!

Thank you, Luna! I have read all his books, this is a re-read for me! It is the second book in a series, the third book is coming out next month.

It took me a few years to get to all of them! I am enjoying revisiting my favourites now. There are quite a few that I want to reread. Happy reading to you too!

I so wish I could reread a book or two as I understand that on a second read they can even be better but honestly I just have too many to get through as is. One of these days I will but where do I start lol :)

Yes, I know what you mean. There are so many books to get to! Stephen King is the only author that I have reread, and the ones that I have reread are ones that I read years ago, so I have forgotten a lot of the details. I mostly just remember the general plot and how I felt about the book.

I didn't read either of the last two Holly books or Fairy Tale...just didn't seem like my thing.

I did pick up Some Like it Darker though and really enjoyed that. It felt like he was going back to what he does best...horror and suspense.

Yes, there were some really good stories in that collection. I did like Fairy Tale. The last two Holly books, not so much. I think Never Flinch is my least favourite Stephen King book.
