Helpful conversation with practical advice, but author deeply lacks discernment on the Christian front as she quotes Richard Rohr (an enemy of the gospel). If it was a secular work, you take sources with a grain of salt, but since she professes this is a Biblically based resource with scriptures throughout, this is an obvious contradiction.
