Welp, there's an unexpected twist, eh?
I'm enjoying this a lot - but Simmons really needs better editing. His stories are just so stupidly dense with language and reference and world-building. Every single page shouldn't be a stand-alone lecture on some obscure, passing, tertiary subject.
