I get that Terry not having snipers to take out Chris if she’s rushes onstage is supposed to be suspension of disbelief for the story. but it does read as slapdash for an evil satanic brainwashing cult to go after JD so viciously with the Hundred Handed Eye and then Chris can get loose from Terry and Robs clutches and run roughshod over them immediately

Did not pick up this book again thinking it was going to put Witchcraft for Wayward Girls to shame with all the sexism Chris and Melanie experience…and I’m not even half way done ☠️

Reading about Melanie’s relationship with Greg and Hunter…straight boi nonsense at its finest
