Pages 95-104 were the commencement address McCullough gave to the 2004 graduating class of Ohio University. 2004 was the bicentennial of the university. My friend Dan, and my friend Peg’s son were in this graduating class. He talks of the founding and of the influence of M. Cutler. He also speaks of the importance of the Northwest Ordinance in the organization. He offers hope and encouragement. Also, tip the maid.
