I am actually really enjoying this one and Magician. Feels like I am back in my epic fantasy era!

It was the same for me! I tried it and couldn't get into it. Put it down. Then saw someone loving it, binged the series and had so many good things to say so I tried it again. It has been better second time around. Probably right book wrong time the first time
