I think I may have come into this book anticipating a different target audience. I thought it was going to be very targeted at the married — particularly the recently married — but it actually seems like it’s more a collection of essays with different audiences. Some for the unmarried, some for the broader church, and some for the married.

At some point he's going to have to involve a third person in the *three* to get married by actually acknowledging the existence of the spouse in the relationship.
