I have read this book before, but I am reading it again. From what I remember and what I've read so far again, Louise Hay has a lot of great insight on how to reframe your thinking. Do I agree with most of her beliefs? Absolutely not. However, I do think it's important to love and forgive yourself and others in order to be fulfilled in life, and she does a decent job at walking people through that.
