Yes. This will be a drama in three acts, the length fixed by the power that directed your creation, and now directs your dissolution. Neither was yours to determine.
So make your exit with grace—the same grace shown to you.
Wow just wow what a way to end a book and especially if it was made for yourself as a diary.

You’ve lived as a citizen in a great city. Five years or a hundred—what’s the difference? The laws make no distinction.
And to be sent away from it, not by a tyrant or a dishonest judge, but by Nature, who first invited you in—why is that so terrible?
Like the impresario ringing down the curtain on an actor:
“But I’ve only gotten through three acts!”

"To be remembered is worthless. Like fame. Like everything." Nothing truly matters and because of that everything does.

Of course I don't WANT to die I'd just like to think I'm living it to the fullest!

"Think of yourself as dead. You have lived your life. Now take what’s left and live it properly."

This is something I genuinely believe I feel as if I have use the time given to me with the best of my ability and if I die tomorrow and I know it I’ve lived to the fullest I could have, sure I want to live more and experience life but from what I’ve been given I think I’ve used it well,

"It doesn’t bother you that you weigh only x or y pounds and not three hundred. Why should it bother you that you have only x or y years to live and not more? You accept the limits placed on your body. Accept those placed on your time."
As someone who has dealt with body dysmorphia/gender dysphoria and know people who also have this quite resonated with me, You really should just not care, just live the life you have
