An interesting retelling of the sleeping beauty fairytale. I’ve read this author before and really enjoyed her. But this one feels a little more clunky and has a lot more curse words. I’m listening to it on an audiobook and I don’t particularly enjoy the narrator, so that could impact the clunky feel.

“The Starling House” was just so good, definitely try that one first!
