The fact that an atheist is admitting that:
1) We have a soul, and soul needs
2) There is a "God sized hole" in every human
Is mind-blowing! There's psychology behind everything we crave as Christians, everything written in the Bible that we are recommended or asked to do from gathering, worship, and prayer to spending time in creation, is scientifically proven to help your brain feel less anxious and depressed!

My biggest takeaway:
I am so glad my parents raised me the way they did. XD No phone until we could afford to pay for them ourselves, as in buy the phone and pay for the plan monthly.
My older brothers were 17 and 16 before they got phones or socials.
I was 19.
My two younger sisters were 20 and 19 before they had phones (got socials at 18 and 17).
Thank you mom and dad for sparing our brains. <3

Finding this very interesting...how devices affect growing minds is super interesting...I'm looking at this through the eyes of someone who got online access at 17...so, it's very interesting to see how having devices before you are 16 does to your brain.
