Bro i can’t even post what i wrote for the first CHAPTER? How can anyone review an entire book on here? Do they just post their reviews on substance and leave a link to the articles here? How do y’all even use this app. Anyway this book is goated like the show

My thoughts abt the first chapter were:

ok so i made this acc a few years ago and never used it since, but i’m reaaallyyyy into OP right now and decided ykw let’s log this in goodreads. I’ve been obsessed with the anime for a while and i’ve made so much fanart already (right now i’m in Little Garden), but this is my first time reading the manga since i just got it as a gift.
The motives Luffy has are very moving and he had an intense and stubborn personality from a very young age. I find him very admirable and the entire mentality of the Straw Hats, standing against oppressive forces in the world and fighting for the liberation of the people is so inspiring and touching. This is an incredible introduction to him, his morals, his psyche. I had no idea he stabbed his face as a kid and that’s the reason he has the mark under his left eye. In the page of Shanks losing his arm, i still teared up even though i already knew 🥹. I love them both. Excited for Zoro’s backstory being in this instead of a bit later like it is in the anime (i don’t have to buy a different manga to read his backstory haha). So yeah, i’m intrigued to see how my goat Zoro is introduced in the og manga and how they incorporated his backstory into this arc instead.
