although side note i absolutely love when books cut the miscommunication trope like yesssssss outside issues preventing the relationship not one or both of the characters for some reason thinking the other doesn’t like them when it’s very obvious they do !!!!! (this is in reference to jack saying it’s a when not an if😁)

i don’t love the sentiment in books when two people get into a fight and someone did something shitty but the other did something worse(even though in this specific fight i would say actions were equally shitty sadie snooping vs jack getting mean) so the person who did something less bad no longer has to apologize for their actions ??

okay like two pages later she does self describe as a bit of an asshole but says she’s not judgmental which is just blatantly not true😭 but i do think that’s a more purposeful over site on her part not the authors so we’re so back and i’m loving this book

really enjoying the book so far i like jack a lot i like sadie too but she seems really mean and quite judgmental and i can’t tell if its a purposeful character trait that will be explored further or an over site i hope its not the latter that would be very disappointing
