This book alternates between the author's experience in a women's circle and the research she did between meetings. The chapter I am in in now is about the early Catholic church. Some of these men had such sick and misogynistic minds that I don't know how anyone ever thought they were saints.

um, John Gray is in no way a feminist! Those Mars & Venus books are trashy patriarchal soft sell and I am surprised this author didn't see that.

Much of the author's journey from Judeo- Christian indoctrination to the Goddess path parallels my own However, she dug much deeper into where Judaism went wrong, and in turn influenced all the Abrahamic religions. Turns out the Hebrews once had a more balanced spirituality and society , but a group of Yahweh priests wanted control and with a skillful propaganda campaign aka the Bible, they got it.
