I just finished chapter 8, so I think I'm about caught up with you. The love scene so beautiful and evocative to me. Spicy, yes, but part of the character and relationship development as well. The setting is incredibly atmospheric too. Meredith Duran is just so good! 😊

I don't typically read romance but my dear friend, Melissa, is going to be talking about this one on a podcast later this month and she gushed about it so much I had to pick it up. It is set in India during the British Raj and that is always a setting that I love reading about. This book is no exception!

It was spicy but I loved it! 😆 And I'm really curious what is going to happen now that they've arrived at the maharaja's palace. I am on the edge of my seat...
