Zarrah and Keris’s dynamic is so toxic it hurts to read. The things that make them compatible also reinforce each other’s deepest wounds. They keep feeding into each others trauma without meaning to because the very things they love about each other are also what’s destroying them. They need to heal before they can be together but with their focus on the war idk how that’s possible and my heart is in PIECES
