i’ve been thinking of ways this could be better like what if the first book actually took place on the last day of junior year so this book was navigating being academic rivals with college and dating at school? what if it was harder than they thought to get out of that competition with each other? maybe nothing like the movies was the best case scenario for romcom sequel-itis

uh oh… i haven’t tabbed anything… they’re not together all the time and it’s pmo this was my issue with nothing like the movies there’s no tension no interaction no chemistry? is that bad to say? these people feel different… and they what i had beef with in nothing like the movies im not sure i like these people on their own and they’re on their own a lot im just pushing through #horriblefeeling

dual pov… interesting… keeping an open mind… also why are they reexplaining all their lore from the first book? hmm… i really hope the tension from the first book isn’t the only thing i like about this series and if these characters are really what i like… overall im hoping this isn’t nothing like the movies pt 2… again keeping an open mind
