You'd think that in a book about PTSD the author would bother to include content warnings so other PTSD-sufferers can avoid their triggers. Reading this book is miserable, triggering and depressing Can we just get to the dog already.

Two thoughts:
1. This book is much less about the dog, it's more about the author himself
2. I legit had to put it down and stop reading because it's too depressing and triggering. Idk if I can even finish this.
