I hate to say it but... this book is starting to feel too damn long! I'm basically waiting for the "mess up" moment!

Reference of man as puppy on a leash... I'm sold!

Just half a dozen of years for this declaration of love! As Goddess (a.k.a. Chelsea Curto) intended in the definition of "slow burn"!

"I take my time, happy to worship at my favorite altar"

Grant Everett, the man you are!

Every "good boy" moment is appreciated!

"I'll do anything."
"Crawl to me, Grant. Prove that you should be the one doing this to me."
He drops to the floor without a second thought. Palms flat on the rugs on his knees. [...]
"You're a good boy for doing what I asked."

"I've dreamed about going down on you every second I've been gone, Lia. Put me out of my misery and let me taste you."

DIVINE!

"You buy Hannah flowers?" I ask.
"I buy Hannah whatever she wants. She could ask me for the sun and I'd find a way to bring it to her."
"Wow. [...] You really do love her, don't you?"
"With everything I have."

Here to remember that Brody Saunders deserves love!

Exquisite sex scenes✨

"I walk her way like i'm a damn dog on a leash being called home. I'm not sure there's anywhere she could ask me to go where I woludn't fucking crawl to get to."

POETRY. PURE POETRY.
