Digging more into it today! Learned more about prayers and synagogue service, plus a brief introduction to different Jewish denominations (though heavily American-focused, which made me wish for maybe a little more about other countries' denominations, if they have any).

Next chapter is on the holidays. Will be taking care to add notes about which ones are Israeli creations, so I can avoid their celebration

Currently giving this a read through to begin our journey into reconnecting with Judaism. I quite like it so far, though all of our headmates have vastly different feelings on God and faith. It's a bit complicated and I wish we had a Rabbi to go to for advice on the "being multiple people" front
