Perhaps I was a bit harsh.. I think that maybe the introduction had given me the wrong idea and seemed to focus on the bits of music/the industry that i have grown to detest a bit.

but i'll never not be thrilled to hear about someone's introduction to the world of music, esp set in the 80s (my favourite musical era). and honestly it feels like a reminder that this world still exists.. even though it is more niche

enjoying the bits of history so far, but MAN he comes across annoying. i'll never fault someone for having a pov but omg.

also trying to weave the personal anecdotes (with juvenile truisms abt life) with the music industry bits is coming across kinda heavy-handed/clumsily to me.
