Idk what was going on with cp 2 but cp 3 has Rick going into work to find his supervisor has been shot and is in the hospital then they talk about the empathy test and the new nexus 6 brain

Rick talks to his wife in the morning before work. We learn they have devices that can regulate and change their emotions so they schedule their feelings for the day. Rick is surprised when he finds out his wife scheduled a despair (people tend to schedule positive emotions) she feels it’s in human that they use a device to regulate emotions.
