From the very beginning, based purely on looks, to be honest, Phury’s story was the one I was most excited to read. To discover that Lover Enshrined is a little too convoluted for my tastes, filled with multiple perspectives and offshoots of narratives is frustrating. I want to see more of Cormia and Phury - it is their book, after all!
