Me and Kelby are going to read this together (hopefully)! After we finish, depending on what I’m feeling, I either want to read a cyberpunk novel or start Malazan. I’ve been very interested in that series and think I will love it. See some potential cyberpunk novels or what Malazan is on my want to read.

This book is so good that it’s making me go back through and readjust ratings of the Carl series. When compared to books with excellent prose, clever, subtle humor instead of over-the-top in your face-ness, mature themes, dungeon crawler Carl doesn’t hold up. When I was in that series I had a serious recency bias.
