What in the hell is going on

“The skirt cascaded down in soft, flowing waves, pooling at my feet like the calm tide on a tranquil beach” & “ the way the fabric caught the light made it shimmer softly, like the surface of the ocean under the setting sun” are my two favorite descriptions thus far!

The FMC is so soft and beautiful! I love the way everything points to romance, love & the sea

I love the style of writing this author uses! I also love how I feel like I’m reading a pirates of the Caribbean book but obviously her own take! Her descriptions are just lovely and the way she ties everything back to the sea when using said descriptions is captivating!
