Maddie Bussmann’s Reviews > Courage to Soar: A Body in Motion, a Life in Balance > Status Update

Biles has decided to become homeschooled in order to get all of her hours at the gym, loosing her high school experience. Biles has been within a year rejected and accepted into the Junior National Team. I am very astonished by Biles' perseverance through out this whole journey. A quote that stook out out to me was "Don't change what has always worked for you, which is to go out there and just have fun" (Biles 161).

In Courage to Soar, Simone Biles has finally settled down in her home in Texas with her grandparents with her sister Adria. Biles is becoming more serious and committed to gymnastics. "Injuries aside, in Aimee's experience the only girls who continued past level eight were those who wanted to pursue an elite career" (Biles 81). I predict that Simone Biles will start winning national titles at level eight.
