As I learn more about the founders of Hogwarts I realize that Helga Hufflepuff was the only one who didn't have an ego-driven goal for the the kids in her house. House-elves at Hogwarts?!I shoulve known tho, I remember seeing them in the kitchen while playing Hogwarts Legacy.
