This is so unreadable. I sympathize with the woman who hung herself, not her selfish "how can I make my life better" kind of way, but as in, if I’m dead, I don’t have to know this world any more. This chapter is torture. I can barely read 2 pages without having to pray. It’s horrible. Far, far worse than de Sade.
