I found the story about the girls not believing that Mrs Bentley was also once a little girl, sad. But I really enjoyed the old man as Time Machine as he relayed his stories to the boys.

A lovely remembrance of what it meant to be alive as a preteen boy. I much appreciated the intro Bradbury wrote. His prose verges on the poetic. He writes to make the everyday, extraordinary.
