I enjoy Evelyn and Arden's romance because it's so genuine and they're so emotionally connected. Since they've remembered all of their past lives it's interesting to see how the knowledge from each life has affected and influenced their own actions. I also like seeing how their love lasts throughout each lifetime and transcends time and space no matter who they are, they're the same in each other's eyes.

I am REALLY REALLY liking this book. The language is IMPECCABLE! I love the use of language to describe the world around Evelyn and Arden throughout time. Although their environment changes each lifetime the descriptions of their lives are incredible and they always find beauty in the world around them. I also LOVE that Arden is environmentally conscious even in 1472.

In this part of the book I noticed a lot of beautiful metaphors and similes. One of my favorites was, "The conversation felt charged and ripe and urgent, like the sky just before a thunderstorm." I think it really encapsulates the whimsy and the depth of love that this book throughout each chapter conveys.

This part of the book felt like they were slowly regaining the love that they once had for each other but they're still gaining that trust back. However I feel like the fact that it was Dylan was a little obvious since she described him in such an endearing way in the beginning and Ceri seemed genuinely clueless. I think it must be really hard to just live everyday in fear of someone but also in search of someone
