Over half way and I have to be done by sat. We got this. I did the math. That’s 3.5 more hours at 2x speed which is the speed I naturally listen at. So like an hour in the morning before work. A half hour on lunch and then I gotta set aside 2 hours to finish.

Aside from my time conundrum the story has grown on me. There’s a lot going on but I will be finishing it! This is better than a spear cuts through water!

Ok so from what I’ve gathered we just have lots of povs to follow. I like syen. I realized there’s Damaya and maybe I’m just not invested into that portion of the story yet. Then you as in reader. 3 stories happening at the same time. I assume they are going to intertwine. But I lowkey don’t know what’s going on with us. I think our husband killed our son and we’re the mother but are we syens mom? Or??

Syen is the only pov I like rn

So I feel like I’m missing bits and pieces of information because the writer is using us as the main character but so because she doesn’t know us we kinda don’t know ourselves. So then it’s like we assume the character and take direction within the story. But so I then am failing to imagine the entire picture. I’m so far don’t understand the story maybe because I’m not invested in me as a character.
