I would have ate this book up when I was younger like I can still appreciate it but it is still very much giving Disney channel movie vibes. But there was one part I absolutely hated, it was when Simon was getting freaky thinking about blue like that was so gross and cringe the way it was written I had to skip it. Idk maybe I’m too old for this book now? I’ll still read it but it is definitely giving high school kinda Disney channel dialogue. I remember LOVING this movie, I saw it in cinemas when it came out will my friends! I love the story so I’m hoping the book will grow on meh
