I didn’t learn anything I didn’t already know tbh. But I think it’s a good read for anyone uneducated about the topic. It definitely covers all the main points I have about the topic and it definitely puts my feelings into words better than I would be able to articulate so it’s a good reference for me to use to discuss these topics if I ever needed to.
