this book is probably what i needed to start reading realism fiction. its v dark so far and deals with homelessness, addiction, unprotected sex from the pov of a gay man, a triple whammy in this case of intersectional discrimination.

I like the stream of consciousness type of writing. Incredibly clear to understand and I am hooked. I feel sorry for everyone involved except for one guy. No spoiler.
