On the dying of an old man:

“Let him go like one familiar with the way
into the wooded and tracked and
furrowed hill, his body.”

I picked this from the library the day before we heard that Berry had passed away. May he rest in peace. His legacy seems a strong one, and I’m eager to bask in it.
