I’m liking the Sword of Destiny short story a lot

I dislike the lack of agency given to some of the female characters—it seems like just about every woman here is in love with him. It all goes the same way; they meet, she falls in love with him, he’s a big baby about it, they have sex, and then he leaves. I don’t love it.
