@ their 1st kiss then she saw him with his arm around someone, & she assumed that he had already moved on from her & she was heartbroken & it was a total miscommunication for 10 years because those 10 years he was infatuated w/ her
Someone else complains about the doctor & he gets fired & she gets double promotion raises & gets to do the schedule now
They are officially a couple
