Getting more interesting(?) I really don't know how to feel about the plot at this point. Really, I'm just reading to get over with it, and not have to worry about actually having to pick it up and deal with it. And no, I'm not DNFing because I need to actually finish something this year.

I haven't been reading, and I think that's because I'm pretty bitter when it comes to this book. But apart from that, ignoring all the things I hate about it, I've found myself slightly immersed in the plot. Maybe it's actually worth my time, who knows.

Kyla Davis is probably the most boring character I've had to read about, sorry not sorry. The idea is good, but so far it isn't being executed well. There really isn't that much personality in characters, either, and dialogue in this book sucks. Hopefully, it gets much better from this point forward--which I doubt will be the case, but wishful thinking is always needed in situations like this.
