Not sure if its due to the splendid British accent of Robert Powell (the audiobook performer), or if its due to the pre-WWI composition, or maybe a combination of the two along with other of the story's genteel atributes that is resulting in the most charming espionage thriller I've ever listened to/read? 🥰

Likely, I'll be a bit more relaxed about VOLUME this year as I've spent the first half of 2026 weeding out and donating books that I really don't want to keep at this point on my journey. The floor-stacks are fewer this year, and shelf space is more available, than in the previous two LBCs. I'll be placing my primary reading focus on content ENJOYMENT *ੈ✩‧₊˚༺🤗༻*ੈ✩‧₊˚ for the remainder of 2026😄.
You may find me dnf'ing with abandon, Rod and Jodi may have some heafty competition in that department 🚧.
