Whenever I’m reading Sunny’s chapters I forget how to breathe. It’s like when you’re watching a movie underwater and you hold your breath at the same time with the characters

Baptiste being basically the Barbie of this universe

So four (main) characters go in this house of illusion. We have had the POVs of three out of four of them even before the scene. House of illusions has the power of showing everyone in it what makes them most afraid and angry invoking emotions to the point of tk forgetting the present and killing each other. We see everyone’s past except for one- the character who still doesn’t have a POV…suspicious ngl.

First time I genuinely like every character no matter their flaws and difference in personality. Rather the fact that every persona is so unique, has their different voice and experience and way of thinking makes me love this book more. We have not yet explored them to their core but even from the tip of the iceberg I can tell they have so much to offer. No one better die on me. First time I love all povs
