ALSO ANY TRAINING TIPS?? I'm already three meets into the season *sigh*
I'm in middle school lol so it's just normal. Btw this was my first ever meet beginners luck I'm saying but (my friends yell at me for doing this) stop if you have too! Core workouts are good for training.
