Dr. Lee Warren the author being a neurosurgeon describes his take on how to renew the mind using medical terminology, medical theories, and medical procedures. As a medical professional myself this pretty instantly clicked in my brain and found it very relatable and creative. I’m just starting the book but so far like how interactive it is with Dr. Warren recommending different practices to perform.
