I was so shocked by the lack of romance after being 77% through the book until I realize it’s book 1 of a duet. Now I can say that I actually do really like it, I think I liked book 1 of the series better but… idk. I do really like Rafe. I think we got a bit of a different personality out of him in Angelo’s book. He seemed a lot less serious. Idk. I’m still having a great time and I love them both
