Halitgars list of sins you can commit with the host (bread in Lord’s Supper):
1. Letting a mouse eat it
2. Spilling wine on altar
3. Letting the host fall into the straw
4. Vomiting the host.
5. Neglecting the host so a worm gets in it.

Punishments include whipping yourself, penance, fasting, etc.

Now I know why Luther was so mad when he spilled the wine at his first communion.
