okay to be honest i feel that all could have been a prologue, it’s a bit strange for it to be five chapters in but i guess all books are formatted differently i suppose. i also have the feeling that i would quite like a bit more slice of life action, im really enjoying the world and the different animal houses/factions(?). so now we have an 8 year time jump where cain and neema are around 32?

also cain and neema are giving ron and hermionie lol. he’s even ginger

i can’t lie, i am enjoying this a lot. i really like the animal ‘houses’ and characteristics that they have. quite a fun and enjoyable read even though it admittedly has some jarring moments eg the descriptions of black people 🤨
