This is not a book you "read." This is a book you build up the courage to face, and then work through, one or two pages at a time. Then set aside, re-read, start over, and/or continue when ready. No single book has ever before or since upended my entire existence like this one has. This is my second attempt through- I could not finish the first time, as I hit a section I could not truthfully answer.
