Okay so maybe Harper Starling (the real one) did die after the hit and run on Nolan and his brother, but this girl who Nolan thinks is the girl that hit them and killed his brother but actually she’s not she just took her name to start a new life. That’s why she has no clue who the other guys were that Nolan already killed. Because she’s not the Harper Starling that was driving.
