A story of addictions and not just drugs and alcohol. An addiction is when a person feels a compulsive need to engage in a rewarding activity despite negative consequences. Jarvo’s addictions are the more obvious ones; Substance addictions. Nora also heartbreakingly suffers - behavioural addiction; sex, codependency, and validation addiction. A tough read in a good way.
